Thank you for visiting “The Association of Chinese Schools in Florida” (TACSFL) website, we extend the following information to assure you, our guest and our members, that we are concerned about and respect your privacy while visiting our Web site.  Your privacy is very important to us.  TACSFL will never sell, lease or rent your confidential information. Personal Data Collected

ACSFL collects personal information during the following processes:

“Become A Member” “Update/Upgrade Your Profile” and similar feedback forms.  TACSFL may use cookies and tracking links on its site and in e-mails it sends. These are to track the effectiveness of pages and message, and to allow members to access features without logging in each time (i.e. the “remember me” function).  TACSFL will not share your personal information with anyone in any way unless you have given us specific permission to do so.

Aggregate Data Collected

We may share aggregate information – not individual data -with our sponsors and potential sponsors to help them better understand our members’ interests.

Use of Data Collected

The data we collect from members is used to give us demographic information about the TACSFL membership in order to improve the organization. The personal information you provide – name, address, etc. – allows us to inform you about TACSFL events and to notify you of issues, events, or special offers we believe may be of interest to you. By becoming a member, you are giving TACSFL permission to contact you by e-mail, phone or postal mail.

Third Parties and Unaffiliated Sites

TACSFL uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to third parties we believe to be responsible. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties which receive the information. TACSFL may also link to a wide variety of other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
